All packed and ready to go

My tiny backpack is all packed after struggling for longer than I should have to zip it all up. It's full of a combination of weird clothes that may actually not go together, but we'll see when I have to get dressed for meetings. I'm off to LAX tomorrow morning to begin the 36 hour adventure to Uganda. I'm looking forward to seeing Ali's face in the bar at the Kampala airport! She already warned me that after two red eyes she might not recognize me. :)
